About Ewa

Ewa is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, health educator, and founder of Healthful Guide. After completing her R.H.N. designation and culinary art certification from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Ewa began working with individuals, families, and companies to bring attainable and enjoyable diet and lifestyle changes into their lives.  In addition to her Nutrition work, Ewa is also a teacher at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, an environmental advocate and marketing specialist. Whether she's in an office, a boardroom, or a classroom, her passions for driving change and creating well-being for people and planet are the guiding principles behind her work. 


My approach is a special combination of modern science and time-tested wisdom based on the philosophy that each person has unique requirements. I take into account my clients individual health status, age, past history and individual philosophy towards food and life overall. I believe that a healthy diet is about balance, moderation, and an understanding of how your body works best. My individualized health plans include nutrient-dense whole foods, lifestyle recommendations and meal plans in order to help achieve optimal health for my clients. We’ll work together to create realistic goals, ways to fall in love with healthy cooking and eating, and finding the best plan that works with your life and body.

Following the core principles of Holistic Nutrition, Healthful Guide looks at wellness from the perspective of a symbiotic relationship of body, mind, and spirit. Why?

Holistic Nutrition goes beyond individual symptoms and looks to see the forest through the trees, including how symptoms and the body's systems work together. When creating your program, I look for the root cause and work to restore balance in the body as a whole.

Because lifestyle matters.

It's true that you cannot out-exercise a bad diet, but you also can't find optimal health without addressing lifestyle factors. My holistic approach to nutrition also looks at stress, sleep, exercise and other lifestyle factors.  

Because wellness is a mindset.

You are what you eat and drink but also what you think. Mindset plays a key role in your overall health and my approach helps you get to the root of what’s on your mind including eliminating limiting and negative beliefs.

Because it only works if it works for YOU.

Every body is different, and as such, so should every individual program. I believe cookie cutters should be reserved for cookies alone, and when it comes to your health, only a personalized approach will do. I create programs that works with individual needs, personalities, and goals.
